Max Miller pins his opponent

The Shenendehowa varsity wrestling team opened up their season with a win over Averill Park. The team won with six pins from Kevin Parker, Max Miller, Nick Kelley, Dave Almaviva, Dan Duffy, Mike Almaviva and Cole Lampman. Tony Fusco made his Shenendehowa wrestling debut and won, by forfeit from Averill Park. Coach Frank Popolizio said, “The guys looked pretty good. We’ve just got to keep going.” The final score was 61-15, the 46th consecutive Suburban Council win for Shenendehowa.
